Sam/Jess community for SRS 2012

As I didn't meet my own deadline (and I like to follow my own rules). The only submission received was Loretta's. Her poem will be Team Jess/Sam's first submission!

If you haven't read it yet, please do so! The poem is fantastic, and I am happy to let her represent our team in the first round!

Bonus Round 2 is still available until 12 Noon (GMT) tomorrow.

I will be submitting the work to the First Round DW page early tomorrow morning. Send me a private message if you have some kind of problem or question, but remember there are still 2 more rounds to submit work for.

As a side note, from now on if you plan on submitting a work for the Main Round, please post it to the community on the Wednesday prior to the Saturday deadline. This will give us all a chance to decide which work we'd like to submit. Also, don't forget, we are allowed to collaborate if you wish to.

First, Happy Thanksgiving to those of you who celebrate it. Yesterday was a very busy day here, but it was definitely enjoyable.

Next up, our first Main Round will begin on Saturday!
We need to decide on who is working on each round, or at the very least this one. I know that I should be able to compete in this first round as I'll have most of the very last week available because most of my finals are papers that will be turned in prior to that week.

If you have any conflicts with this round just let us know! :)

So, I just saw that we have a new member! That gives us a full team!

I hope everyone is getting as excited about this as I am, we've only got a few days left until competition begins, so I hope everyone's seen our Bonus Rounds and found something fun to write or share! I have been slowed down by a couple of last minute assignments for school as I come up on Thanksgiving Break, but come Saturday I'll be free for about a week before I have to buckle down for finals.

Either way, I look forward to seeing things from you all as we come up on our 1st Main Round.
